Purdy’s Coffee Co. is a locally owned coffee shop with two locations in Richmond, Kentucky,

our original café in downtown and a convenient drive-thru on Big Hill Avenue.

We serve specialty coffee alongside fresh breakfast, lunch, and house-made pastries, and we also offer coffee catering and event space rentals for special occasions.

Since day one, we’ve been driven by a simple idea:
serve people intentionally, create meaningful experiences, and build community in Richmond.

In 2011, our family began renovating the historic D.M. Bright Building, bringing new life to one of downtown Richmond’s oldest spaces. What started as a vision quickly became something bigger: a place where people could gather, connect, and feel known.

In May 2012, we opened our doors, and we’ve been committed to serving this community ever since.

From our original downtown location to opening our second location with a drive-thru in 2019, we’ve continued to grow alongside the Richmond community.
